Was this ever a whirlwind of emotions! It seemed all cute/funny at first, then it took turns with mysterious animal disappearances, plus a lot of dialog about various kinds of emotional pain and death which changed my perception. Like that it was going somewhere dark and even made me rethink the tone of the music. But then the ending comes and it all made sense. Extremely well thought out!
A very cute little game! A touching story told in true 90s RPG fashion - fetch quests in a charming little town with some fun characters. The writing gave each character a sense of personality without dragging dialogue out for too long. And the emotional climax surprised me in a very heartwarming way. People who have struggled with loneliness and self-loathing will appreciate it. Oh - there are some great little jokes here and there, too.
Absolutely wonderful game with such a strong and unique visual identity. Heartwarming and adorable, it's a nice change of pace to have a game so cute and comforting stay that way until the end, I was very pleasantly surprised! I can certainly attest having a hot cup of tea adds to this experience nicely. ❤
such an adorable and wholesome story!! I was half expecting something oddly horrifying to happen for some reason, but it all turned out super sweet! loved the characters and the atmosphere as well as the simple color pallet!

I had an enjoyable experience playing this game from beginning to end. I was drawn in by the story, the art and music provided an enjoyable ambiance, the characters were interesting, and I liked how the villagers were connected to each other. I loved the twist at the end!
loved loved lovedd the art <3 good game overall. i'd only wish that there was more foreshadowing to what I would expect from the ending but still, i'm glad I played it!

Very cute game! Loved the art and following the trading sequence was fun, and the ending was very sweet.
